Report Street Light Out
Go to Oncor Streetlight Outage Reporting
- Enter the Light’s Street address.
- Click on the yellow spot identifying the problem street light on the map.
- Specify the problem with the street light
- Click on the Report Button to Submit.
HOA payment on-line
- Login at the “Resident Portal” at SBB.
- At the “Dashboard”, Click on “Make a Payment” Button. This takes you out of SBB to the “resident.gozego.com” page.
- Click on the “Pay Now” Button. This begins a miserable, awkward and a frustrating experience.
- On encountering any obstacles, then call SBB on 972-960-2800 and get them to stay on the phone and talk you through the process.
