Join us for the upcoming Wylie Lakes HOA Board Meeting, which will be held virtually via Zoom.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and will open with an Executive Session. Once the Executive Session concludes, then the Open Meeting will begin.
NOTE: When the board enters Executive Session, everyone who is not a board member will be placed back into the Zoom Waiting Room until the session concludes.
An Executive Session (also called a closed session) is a private portion of the meeting where the board discusses sensitive matters such as legal issues, homeowner account matters, personnel concerns, or strategic planning. Specific details from these discussions remain confidential.
The open part of the meeting is an excellent opportunity for homeowners to stay informed about community developments, discuss important issues, and engage with the HOA board members. We encourage all residents to attend and participate actively.
